becoming a leader on couple of people or bigger especially in organization look so hard for some people. in other side being a leader is not hard enough if you have a way. the question is what is that way? in this article i will describe two general ways. even you will probably have understand it before but i will give you more deeper explanation
hard personality
this style of personality may the first thing that pop up on your mind if you hear the word "boss". yes, hard personality look bad for subordinate workers. they will easily to get angry if your work done badly, late or others but this things have another effect that very good. people who has this personality is so dicipline and have an attitude. these two things keep the organization up. why? because the job is always done on time and the result is always good either.
soft personality
it is 180 degrees different stile with the hard one but also 100 percents same with that. first, we may will not find any kind of angry or any other creepy boss things which will push us so hard on tension of work but this personality has the same target of result. this style may not make people work so hard but this style make people work so happily. to be sure, a happy things is need it, because with this things the result was so good because there is no tension. but in other hand this make people will easily take care of their job and may not put all their best on it.
after read all of that, which style you want to choose?
so both of its has own way to accomplish the target and both of its also has negative things but the negative things still could be minimize with some unique things and it could be say as approachment.

these two different ways need to more closer but not to be unite. we take the benefit things from both of them and throw all bad things away. we make a happy situation but we need to be so hard in time case (dicipline) and also in result case. FYI it cant be happen. why? people has their own personality and it will lead to one of hard or soft. but even it cant to be happen this approachment still the best thing than both of them.
